In this brief, I was challenged to redesign the visual system of M, a new men's fashion magazine, :
M probes the brands, products, designers and trailblazers making an impact in the world of style today. Designed for a hybrid audience of senior men's wear industry executives and affluent men of discriminating taste, it takes a journalistic look at what's happening in the cultural zeitgeist, framed through the lens of men's fashion.
I focused on simplifying M 's visual system by employing a limited color palette and a few considered typographic gestures. My intention was to relax and refresh the reader while presenting them with an upscale, sophisticated viewing experience.
